This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it from a system or service operated by TRENDY SUM LTD EOOD. The page is publicly accessible and requires no login.
How to submit a request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- Which system or service you use.
- Your account identifier — the email address or username the account was registered with.
- Whether you want the entire account deleted, or only specific data (say which).
The request must come from the email address the account is registered to. If that is not possible we will ask for another way to verify your identity — a safeguard so that nobody can have someone else's account deleted.
If the system offers deletion directly in its settings, that is the fastest route and needs no email to us.

What gets deleted
- Your profile and login credentials
- Content you created in the system
- Settings, preferences and usage history tied to the account
- Your correspondence with support, unless it is needed to defend a legal claim

Data retained on these grounds is not used for profiling and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Important
Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot restore your content afterwards, even if you register again.
If the account belongs to a system we operate on behalf of another company (your employer or supplier), that company is the data controller. In that case we forward your request to them and let you know — the deletion is carried out on their instruction.
